Welcome to Palm Radio

Palm Radio is an English language online radio station for people who love the North of Mallorca.

As an internet based radio station we’re slightly different to stations you might have listened to before.  Although we do have some regular programmes focussing on specific musical genres, for the most part, as you listen you’ll hear a great mix of music and special short programmes between songs bringing you news and views.  These short programmes are generally only a couple of minutes long and feature in place of regular DJ chatter.  The kind of things you’ll hear include:-

• What’s on information
• History of the island
• Places to visit
• Weather updates
• Fascinating island facts

Everything we broadcast is backed up with a regularly updated website and of course you can find us on Facebook and Twitter.

Palm Radio has long since been a dream of the founders, radio professionals from the UK with a love of Mallorca.  As you might imagine running a radio station isn’t cheap and we’re funded entirely by the advertising we carry, we know no one likes listening to adverts but we have to pay the rights to broadcast music, maintain the website, create our programmes etc!  We try to keep our breaks as short as possible for our listeners enjoyment and to ensure our commercial partners don’t get lost in a sea of messages.

Listening to radio through the internet is becoming more and more popular and we hope that you will enjoy what you hear but we’d also love your feedback, good and bad!
